on an average our galaxy has 10 power 11 stars, if we put1 lakh crores in terms of tht it will be 10 power 12, so figures of all the new uncovered scams in India (Because doing scams below lakh crores is out of fashion), are 10 times more than the stars in the galaxy...

so now instead of using words like 'astronomical figures' for huge sums, we should coin a new word "scamial figures"

DNA

These days I cook regularly, and the cooking style I follow is largely borrowed from my mom, but then I take liberally from the people I meet everyday, One of my colleagues adds certain ingredient in her cooking and I think its a good idea to add that and I do it.

I visit a friend and see her mom's cooking style and learn a few tricks from her, last i visited my mother in law, I observed her cooking style as well and thought there are somthings I can do next time i cook.

And all the time I am cooking, I am imagining, innovating, trying to better the flavors or adding two different things to see the effect, in a nutshell experimenting.

plus theres internet for recipes from chutneys to Mexican food. I take a lots of inputs from there too.

I realised while thinking about all this, that we all have a genuine and original cooking styles, considering we learn and pick up from so many different sources, all of us. Our cooking styles are like our DNA, each unique and inimitable.

everybody keeps saying, from moms to teachers that everyone of us is unique and special, and we listen to them and forget about it. We should just stop to think about all this small things that makes us unique in everyday life once, its not just DNA, fingerprint or dental structure that makes us unique, its all such small things, that we dont even notice many times.
