Choices

I think its one of the biggest myths ever,
that you have choices...
for, many times frankly you dont have any choices, you just have to follow the path blindly, where ever it leads you,
you just have to Close your eyes and walk.
You just have to surrender, without asking any questions, without raising any doubts.
dont they say known devil is better than an unknown one.
My fingers are crossed, may be in my case unknown devil will turn our better than the known one.

Mumbai Meri Jaan

I hate to say this...

Im very much maharashtrian to go against the spirit of samyukta maharashtra. but I love Mumbai as much, I stay here and face the problems that every avarage Mumbaikar faces. And I think about it, the way politicians are indifferent to the prolems of normal peolpe, how politicians from all over the state just neglect Mumbai's problem, they dont understand the problem nor do they care to think abt it, understanding it, and solving is ofcourse a faraway thing.

I think why Delhi is able to solve a few of its problems and add value to its infrastructure is that there it has its own political structure, different from anything in this country.Delhi is not a state still it has a CM. its independant but its not a centraly goverened state either, like lets stay pondicherry or Diu & daman which are union territories, and they havnt done anything remarkable where development is concerned. I think we should develop a similar kind of system in Mumbai.

Mumbai shouldnt be made an union territory as was cry some years back which was opposed fiercely. lets make Mumbai independant entity like NCR we can call it NFR national financial region or something close on line. Mumbai can have a CM and elections for its own, and spend the revenue to make itself better and more livable, rather than sharing all its taxes and revenues with the rest of maharashtra. (I dont hav problem with that, but when Mumbai is in dire need of fund we cant give all its resources to surrounding areas)

Felix Felicis

Life is like one big dose of ‘Felix Felicis’
It illuminates only one step ahead & when you walk that one step the next step is revealed.
And trust me you will always find yourself lucky, if you don’t question and reject the next step revealed to you.
When you plan & things turn out differently, you dream about future & when future becomes present if it is worse than your dream, that’s the only time you feel like you are unlucky.But you will always believe in hindsight after a few years that the thing you thought was the worst thing to happen to you, was in fact the coolest ting to happen in that circumstance

Beauty- is that the right word

There is so much of beauty all around you, even a truck carrying rocks, a bulldozer flattening it, everything.
The pace and preciseness of that work, it’s so beautiful. Sometimes I think there nothing more beautiful than a construction site. The khad khad of tools going on throughout day & night, so many people working on so many inconsequential jobs, it seems worthless and suddenly the building is in front of you, this end result is always so awe inspiring. There’s no better example of team work.
Then abruptly one day we realize that all work is done and all workers leave. Just like that. Never looking back, never taking pride in the work, they have done. Not because they are karmyogis or such but because they aren’t even allowed to feel proud of the structure they have erected with so much of toil.

It’s just so ‘paradoxically beautiful’

Revenge

The biggest revenge you can take on your enemy is being extremely nice to him, then he wont be able to hate you in peace, that will get him, finaly.
